deleting the aspire logo from demo

I imported the aspire demo but can't find where I remove the aspire logo. So now I my logo and aspire underneath?
Also the menu seems to sit too low my own logo. how can I make it aligned with my own logo?

Resolved! I found the settings under appearance - customise - layout - primary navigation .
