Deleted WP show posts plugin and nothing works anymore

Hi guys, I was not aware that this plugin is so important, so I deleted it. Noticed the mess and reinstalled it, HOWEVER, the mess stayed: https://www.richardalois.com/birds
What do I need to do in order to get the original version back?

Hi Richard,
I think the easiest solution is to restore a backup when everything was working - a lot of hosting support creates backup files for you automatically.
