Deleted Hook still showing on site

Hello - I had added a hook (and accidentally set it to wp_head) and later deleted it but it's still being output as you can see in the header on the site I linked.
I don't have any caching plugins installed and I've been able to create/delete hooks no problem until this one. Thanks for any help!
Are you using Cloudflare or CDN?

as Suraj suggests - make sure the content isn't stuck in a server or CDN page cache.
Hey thanks for the reply Suraj! We're not using a CDN - and again this one is weird since I can create new hooks and delete them but this one persists (tried a hard refresh as well)
Thanks David - now I realize that new hooks aren't working and I'm guessing it's because of this old one that's persisting too.
Is the old Hook still in the trash ?
It was, but I emptied it from there. Also hosting support is confirming it's not CDN/server caching if that helps at all!
Sorry guys - I was able to resolve this by restarting the server. Thanks for all the help and the great product!
