[Resolved] Deleted hook is still active

I was creating the hook according to following tutorial https://vimeo.com/188043406?from=outro-embed and hook still works after disabled and is working even when was deleted. How to kill this hero?

I have those active plugins:
Category Post Widget
Display Widgets
Widget Shortcode (installed after the surviving hook)
And GP Premium (of course)

Inactive plugins:
Akismet Anti-Spam
Hello Dolly
Page Builder by SiteOrigin
Recent Posts Widget With Thumbnails

It is visible only when the front page are blogs…

It is solved. I was typing the same worlds to hook and blogs “before content” area and if I was deleted hook, it still remains in the same area at blocks. Sorry for confusion….
