Deleted hook is still active

I was creating the hook according to following tutorial https://vimeo.com/188043406?from=outro-embed and hook still works after disabled and is working even when was deleted. How to kill this hero?

Widget Shortcode (installed after the surviving hook)
And GP Premium (of course)
Inactive plugins:

It is visible only when the front page are blogs...
It is solved. I was typing the same worlds to hook and blogs "before content" area and if I was deleted hook, it still remains in the same area at blocks. Sorry for confusion....
