Deleted Elements keep reappearing

Hi again! Hopefully a quick question, i noticed some elements keep reappearing after i deleted them. I used your template. Seem if i clear the cache. Please see video in the area.
Hi there,
thats to do with nested blocks in Gutenberg. The GB Buttons block is made up of a Buttons (wrapper) block that contains individual Button blocks - see here:

You need to make sure you delete the Buttons block or Gutenberg will just keep auto populating it :)
