Andre
Hi all. I have a issue I can’t seem to understand. On my mobile there is a orange signup button block I created and then deleted inside my editor. Problem I’m having is now no matter what I’ve done, clear cache, delete block, refresh page, restart, the block is still showing on my mobile but it doesn’t show on my laptop or editor or Inspect. The button block in question is the one at bottom before the footer

StaffCustomer SupportHi,
The theme doesn’t alter how Gutenberg Editor do anything(save/edit posts). This is a WordPress issue rather than a theme issue.
That said, can you recheck the page you’re editing and view it on Code editor mode and look for anything that may be the button in question.
Let us know.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve checked in code inspect and there seems to be nothing apparent I’m missing. Shall I reinstall WordPress to see if that works?

StaffCustomer SupportThere’s shouldn’t be a need to reinstall WordPress.
And this is what I meant by Code editor mode if in case I wasn’t clear.

Thank you Elvin. I figured where the code editor was and there was remaining code that didn’t delete in visual editor. I deleted it all but the button still shows on my mobile.
Any more ideas?

StaffCustomer SupportThat’s strange.
Perhaps it was added by a Block element? You can check your Appearance > Elements if any elements are being hooked to
generate_after_content.Or we could help you check things if you could provide us temporary site access. You can provide these details on the Private Information text field as well.
Let us know.

Yes, I’ve checked elements and there were code but not to suggest a hinderance to my issue. I’d so much appreciate if you can have a look for me, I’ve provided login details in private info. Thank you so much!

StaffCustomer SupportThank you.
This is strange.
Do your host do any page caching on its CPanel? If so, can you clear it?
Also, can try disabling ALL plugins except GP Premium and see if it still occurs. Let us know.

Thank you Elvin. I’ve disabled all plugins except GP premium and still the same. I’ve contacted my host to clear cache there side so ill update here what’s been suggested. Thanks again.
P.S I’ve recently given ftp access to a developer to alter some things for me in mobile view so I’m now thinking they’ve done something. 🙁

StaffCustomer SupportWeird enough, I don’t see it anymore on my end which is strange.

I don’t see it anymore either. I did email my Cpanel host and they confirmed it’s not visible on their side either. I have not done anything else. It was very strange indeed, it seems for some reason the code took it’s time to wipe from the caching. I have not experienced anything like that before. For my piece of mind I’ll ask my hosting to reset my ftp details. Thank you once again.

Hi again, The Button block issue has been fixed seemingly. However I’ve attached a screenshot of the reply from my hosting. My website has now changed and the layout is not as it was. The alignment and arrow elements changed on both desktop and mobile view. I have not changed or altered anything coding apart from disabling plugins, clearing cache, etc. Please can you look at the screen shot and see what you can do your end. Thank you so much.
