Delete template preference

Hello,
I have tried the NOVEAU template, finally I will not use it. Now, when I want to use GeneratePress without a template I have the default settings of the NOVEAU template, and I can not change the NOVEAU logo for mine.
What should I do to make the preferences template disappear?

The logo is uploaded as navigation logo: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-logo/

The shortcode should be in the hooks: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-hooks/
