What’s the question?
Hi, I am becoming (or already am) crazy from trying to figure out how to remove/delete the items that are in that most recent list (Like: Facebook, Links, Photos) because I created way too many. Please help!

You can’t remove items in the “Recent” list there, unless you remove those pages or posts from WordPress itself.
If you click “View All”, you’ll get a better view of all of your pages.
