[Resolved] defer offscreen images on mobile

I have this issue: I have “defer offscreen images” on mobile. I add a photo below:

I use lazy-load with a plugin. When I contacted them, they told me I should contact my theme, although I think it’s related to their plugin.
How can I fix this issue?

Does the issue occur without the lazy load plugin?

If so then it’s definitely a plugin issue.

Then you will need to follow up with the plugin’s support team for a better answer.

If they still think it’s a theme issue, please ask them to elaborate and point out the exact issue.

They just told me to use another plugin or to contact a professional web developer to assist me :S

Probably not a bad idea to consider another plugin if this is their response.

It’s my hosting they told me it’s a plugin to help users “plugin is created in order to provide an easy and accessible way for WordPress users to optimize and improve the performance of their websites.”

since its not about the hosting they don’t help :S
