Default text for the search textbox

Hi Tom,
I have added a search text box on the header.
Is there any way to change the default text "search"?
Is it also possible to have the search bar effect as the following website?

The website search bar is nice.

To make it look like the site you linked to, are you wanting it added inside the navigation like that? If so, your best bet is to use the navigation search option, and then tweak it slightly with some custom CSS.
