Default font sizes and colors: Customizer versus Elementor settings

I have a GP Elementor site at hardyness.com

I am still confused about setting font sizes for body, headings, metadata, header and footer.

Does the Customizer set these values or is it done in the page builder, in my case Elementor?

Currently everything is set within the page builder itself.

I will take a look. It sounds like GeneratePress (well, at least David) prefers not using a page builder.

Yup - page builders are generally bloated and not great for performance.

I would recommend giving the Gutenberg editor and GenerateBlocks a shot:

You should be able to create almost any layout that a page builder can do.
