Hello,

I want to decrease the amount of white space below the header, on all devices. Can you please let me know how? Thank you!

Can you tell me what's your current settings for content padding?
Is it 100px, 20px, 100px, 20px?

Btw please reply here in the support forum, thanks!

10px 20px 100px 20px for top, right, bottom, and left. Thanks!

That's weird, as the top padding is set to 100px based on the code.

Could you link us your credential using the private info field?

Sorry, it is 100. The second 0 was hidden under the arrow buttons.

So adjust the top padding works?

No, adjusting those numbers does not change anything in the container for me.

I did a simulation for you, these codes are coming from the customizer content padding settings, as you can see if I change the number, the padding changes.

If it still doesn't work, please provide the credential to your site. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to help.

Thank you. The credentials are below.

If you could reduce by 50 percent, that would be great. Thank you.

Hi Vasu,

I logged in, and there's no issue adjusting the content padding, everything works fine to me.

Or are there any specific page, the content padding doesn't work?

Hi Ying,

I tried to adjust on the home page. When I make a change, should the screen not shift in preview mode? It does not for me. Thanks!

I went to Customize -- Appearance -- Layout -- Container.

Then I found the Content Padding Box at the bottom. I changed the value in the Top field from 100 to 50 and hit publish. Nothing moves on the page.

Ah, I see.

You home page is built with Generateblocks, you could go to the page editor, select the first container, shrink its top padding :)
