Decor theme - UNABLE TO INSTALL

The problem is still there.

i redo the whole process'

1- installed theme fresh copy
2- installed premium plugin again
3- try to upload Decor Template - could not install - cursor keep rolling - more than 10 minutes :(

Please resolve this today as this issue with the template i believe.

The username and password doesn't work anymore.

Can you confirm?

And can you link us to your fresh install with admin access using the private info field?

can you raise a new topic, and in the reply.
First go to Dashboard > Tools > Site Health, on the Information tab > Server - provide us with the server info. A screenshot will do.
