To be honest, i don't know what is the private info field and how i should share the user name / pwd with Customer Support.
I would appreciate if you could share a blog post (if any on your website), i could read and understand the method of sharing my details with support.

No worries, the info is safe now in the private info field. :)

And once the topic is marked as Resolved, the content in private info field will be erased completely for security.

Once the user has admin access, we can take a look then.

I logged in and see quite some plugins activated.

Usually we suggest user to import site template on a fresh install, can you try disable all plugins except GP Premium, then try to import the template again?

I will install fresh theme again and install Premium Plugin and then i will upload my desired template. i tried others, they are working except this one. Actually i need Decor theme to be installed.

I just tested on a fresh installed site, it imported the Decor template successfully.

But it did take a long time, like 4-5 mins.

Can you try it again?
