Deactivate unused GP Module

Good morning dear support team!
Is it correct that you should deactivate GP modules that are not used for performance reasons?
If so, we would be happy to do so. However, we don't know how to see which modules are used and which ones are not.

Hi Nico,
You may disable modules modules that you don’t use, however, only a few modules add code to the Front end so disabling them may not make any performance difference.
Safe to say, it’s good practice, but the impact performance-wise would be minimal.
There’s also no in-built way to know which modules are in use.
An instance when it’s okay to disable a module is if you haven’t added any Background through Appearance > Customize > Background Images, then you can disable it.
