[Support request] Date disappeared from Content Template

I am not sure when or how it happened… But I had a custom content template for my posts. It was working fine then this morning I noticed that the headline element I was using to display the date no longer displays in the front-end of the website.

It displays just fine from the backend.

I read about setting the Date Type to Published Date and then toggling to “Replace with Updated Date”. No luck there.

I even tried removing the headline element I am using to display the date and re-adding it- still no luck.

At this juncture I am not sure what might be causing this strange behavior. Someone please help me to figure it out
