Dark background behind topnav/header

Hello, I have turned off the large title element for a handful of pages and they all maintain a transparent navbar. For some reason on two new pages I created I noticed that the navbar seems to have a dark gray color behind it. This only seems to happen when I add a background image to the page. Not sure what's going on here but would love it to be transparent like all the other pages!

Hi there,
you have several Header Elements ( in Appearance > Elements ) that have the Site Header > Merge with Content enabled and beneath that the adjusted Navigation colors.
On the pages you listed, if you view them and check in the Admin Bar > Elements you will see there are none listed which means there are no elements that match that page. So those pages are going to use the default Navigation colors in Customizer > Colors > Primary Navigation.
