Customizing WooCommerce Checkout Page?

Is there a library of classes that I could use to customize the layout of the checkout page. Like remove a lot of the white space - condense things and make it more mobile friendly. Columns, spacing etc.

if you want to put some demo content on the site, then we can take a look at the checkout and provide some CSS to make it closer to what you want.
it's fine now. I created a new checkout page then called the checkout with short code, it displayed fine. Not sure what I did to make it look all wonky. Thanks!

I want to add a custom form field "Attach image" on the checkout page at the top or bottom of the page which will be sent to the vendor with the order details.
