Customizing Site Identity with colors and fonts

I am trying to customize my site identity by changing the font, font color and background color in just the site identity area. I don't want these changes to be pervasive across the entire site. I can't figure out how to do this. Thanks in advance.
As an update to this, I finally figured out the color issue but still don't know how to fix the font issue. I only want to use the font in the site identity area and not across the entire site. Thanks

That should be in Customizer > Typography > Header.
