I’m a bit of a newbie here and I need some help figuring out how to create a custom navigation menu using GP Premium. I would like for it to behave similar to these Apple (https://www.apple.com/mac/) and TruFlask (https://www.truflask.com/product-category/bottles) menus. Notice how the sub-menu items are located just below the primary menu when any of the primary menu tabs are clicked. So for example, when you click “Mac” you would see all of the “Mac” sub-menu items below the primary menu.

    Thanks,

    Benson

I think the best method would be to use this plugin: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/conditional-menus/

So you would create your menus for each pages in “Appearance > Menus”.

Then go into “Manage Locations” and add a new Conditional Menu which you would then apply to specific pages using the conditions.

Let me know if that makes sense or not ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey Tom,

I took a look at the Conditional Menu idea which ultimately led me to looking into mega menus. I ended up grabbing the Hero Menu plugin after researching and trying a few different mega menu plugins. This seems to have helped me to accomplish the overall look I had in mind.

Thanks so much for your support and helping me troubleshoot until this was resolved.
