Customizing is showing only widget option

Good morning,
After installing and activating all the features in GPPremium, when I go to customize the theme the only section showed is widget. Can you please help me?

Thanks so much David! Yes! It was a plugin! Now I'm going to activate one by one in order to detect which one is the guilty ;P
