Customizing front page with category wise posts

Hi,
I was trying to design front page, but failed. I want some specific designs like 4 column recent posts and 3-4 sections on the front pages designed with posts from specific category.
I created a page and used query loop, but I can generate only 2 columns with 'Query Loop'. I have also shared a website link in the private information box. Please, check and help me to design front page like that.

Are you using GenerateBlocks ?
No, showing latest posts on the front page.
Its not something that can be done with the Latest Posts on the front page.
It either requires a Custom loop template, which will require Custom Development.
OR much easier, use a Static Page for your home page, and then create each of your 'sections' with a GenerateBlocks Query Loop block.
For changing the number of columns select the Post Template block in the Query Loop and set its width to 25%:
