Those will change the colors of entry meta text, entry meta links, and entry meta links hover?

Entry meta links are the tags, categories and author that display with the blog posts.

Let me know if this helps.

Leo, I can see the colors for the entry meta text, entry meta links, and entry meta links hover. But every other color just looks like a shade of light gray.

Yes, it does.

And if you open text, link hover, content title, blog post title, blog post title hover, and the h1 to h6 headings, there is no hex code for the color. Instead, it has listed RRGGBB.

That just means it's not set so it's inheriting from body color.
