Customize>Typography...nothing is showing?

Hello, I am trying to create a new website using GP premium and basically copying all of my customize settings from my first site.
However, when I go to the Costomize>Typography setting all I see is "Add font" and "Add Typography" buttons...whereas on my other sites I have an entire Typography sub-menu with the body, header, primary navigation where I can select font weight, size, margins etc....
Why cant I see this on my new site? What is different?

Since GP 3.1.0, the new typography system has been introduced to GP.

It's a more advanced and efficient system.
You can find all the elements under the dropdown list of Typography Manager.
