[Resolved] Customizer shows only Widgets section, nothing else

Hi,
our Customiser shows only the Widgets section, nothing else. Previously, it showed around a dozen sections.
Any idea what may be causing this? The site works fine and we are not getting any errors in the WP Backend.

Hi there,

causes for this can be many, first place to check is in the Dashboard > Tools > Site Health to see if there are any issues being flagged, or if its taking a long time to report if all is ok.

no no critical issues in the Site Health, just a recommendation to remove inactive plugins.
What is the next step in troubleshooting this?

Really weird, it suddenly started working again like normal. I’ll close the issue for now and reopen when it happens again.
