Is that the entire screen as you enter the Customizer? December 15, 2017 at 8:56 am #450328 David Sims Yep pretty much the whole screen – you cannot scroll It’s reproducible every time I activate Lightweight social icons it happens Here is a list og plugins on the site: Plugins December 15, 2017 at 9:14 am #450350 LeoStaff Customer Support I have LSI activated as well and isn’t getting that issue. Can you try keeping GP premium and LSI activated only and turn off all the other ones? Thanks! December 15, 2017 at 9:33 am #450358 David Sims OK I did as you suggest GP premium and LSI works ๐ As soon as I activate Page builder by Siteorigin Version 2.5.16 the problem occurs December 15, 2017 at 11:00 am #450395 LeoStaff Customer Support When the problem occurs, right click using the browser and use the developer tool. Do you see any console errors? Have you contacted Siteorigin’s support? December 15, 2017 at 12:11 pm #450456 David Sims The console error is ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined Have not contacted them yet December 15, 2017 at 12:25 pm #450463 LeoStaff Customer Support Should be the same issue Tom explained here: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/does-not-works-after-update-2-0/#post-449495 December 15, 2017 at 2:39 pm #450512 TomLead Developer Lead Developer Looks like some sort of incompatibility between Site Origin and LSI. Wonder what about Site Origin is triggering the error. I’ll see if I can push an update out ASAP to fix it – for now you can disable LSI and just use Font Awesome for the icons. December 16, 2017 at 3:15 am #450705 David Sims Just for another solution: I tried some other social icon plugins and was not impressed This one is pretty “lightweight” Social Icons Widget by WPZOOM and works fine January 4, 2018 at 11:16 am #463243 TomLead Developer Lead Developer I just released a Lightweight Social Icons update that fixes this.
