December 12, 2017 at 6:39 pm #448239 John Yep, that worked. Disabled as per your suggestion, and dumped browser cache again. Dumped Autoptimize cache again. That worked. Gotta find an easy no-cache method π BTW: “Live site”? This is a live site by my def, insofar as it is on an ‘in the wild’ server. Thanks! Enabled. Cleared all caches again. It survived intact. Is that a clue? Obvs a cache thing. If so, it was surprisingly tenacious prior to ‘turn off dynamic CSS’. December 13, 2017 at 5:57 am #448516 John sorry… prior to ‘cache dynamic css’. You know what I meant π December 13, 2017 at 12:34 pm #448870 TomLead Developer Lead Developer Very strange indeed. Dynamic CSS caching is disabled while in the Customizer, which is why the site looked different. Something must have been corrupted in the cache on the live site. December 13, 2017 at 1:29 pm #448911 John Well, it seems to be all good now, so let’s try to live our lives as tho this pain was never part of it, OK? December 13, 2017 at 2:14 pm #448953 TomLead Developer Lead Developer I agree π Author Posts Viewing 9 posts - 1 through 9 (of 9 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
