customizer not showing up after update

Hi, I have just updated to 1.3.45 and to 1.2.96 and now the customizer is not showing up at all. I get a complete blank screen. No idea what to do, can you help me please?

Hi there,
You might need to increase your PHP memory limit: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/increasing-php-memory-limit/
If that doesn't work, can you check your error_log file on your server for any errors?

Increasing memory didn't work, I am figuring out the error log now.
You can call your hosting and they can point you in the right direction.
Another simple thing to try is clearing your browser cache/trying a different browser.
Any updates? Have a new version ready to ship, but want to make sure I'm not missing anything when it comes to this issue :)
Sorry for the late reply. I have used a workaround and installed SimpleCSS. That is enough for the moment. Of course it would be better if the customizer was working, but I have to find some time later to really look into this. Thanks for your advice, I will come back to you if I can't resolve this matter ;-)

Just to let you know that is was most likely an outdated version of PHP. I asked the hoster to update and now it works fine again ;-)
