Customizer not loading / appearing

As always, thank you for an incredible theme.
Site I am working on, Customizer was loading fine last eve, login this am to do some work, Customizer is not appear.
I've increased the memory to 256, I've added the WP_Debug function to wp-config
I've disabled GP Premium, still doesn't load.
I've changed to Storefront theme, Customizer loads fine.
Can not figure this one out at all, for about 2 hours now.

Hi there,
Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

I honestly failed in my changlog and failed to note some changes I had made, completely forgot what they were. Backed up from a site copy 4 hours older and resolved.
