[Resolved] Customizer mobile view looks different than on my mobile

Hi there,
the mobile view in the customizer looks differnent than on my mobile. It`s also, when i switch my mobile phone browser to desktop mode (then it emulate the tablet view). That is also different from the customizer teblet view
i created some css, which should change the desktop view to the mobile and tablet view. The Customizer shows all three views correctly but on my phone it is wrong.
Please hellp me 🙁

First time i needed Help with the customizer itself 🙂
Now everything should Work and you should have Access to the whole side

I checked on my phone and compared it with the customizer preview, they look the same to me (I’m using an iPhone 13).

Can you take a screenshot of the differences and upload them here https://postimages.org/? share the links with us.

And does this happen on specific mobile devices? Have you tried different devices?

The Problem seems that the Desktop Header did Not disappear. Its Like the Page didnt use my CSS
I also tried it with Chrome on my s21 and in my s7. Same View in all my devices

Hum.. can you go to appearance> widgets, and remove everything inside the header?

I removed the widgets in my header (one uncategorized menu) but there is no change in the appearance on my android device (same on my wife`s phone). And you are right, on the Ipad or Iphone it looks the same like in the customizer preview. I should switch to apple 🙂

I think I found the error. It seems that I had to remove the “navigation as head area” and now my layout also works on android. I hope so 🙂
