Customizer > Identity > Logo not displaying my logo. I've removed the file and then uploaded a renamed file and tried to input into the Customizer > Identity > Logo and still it will not display. I don't have any custom CSS for that element either. I'm not sure what is causing this.

Hi there,

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Make sure to activate the parent theme if you are using a child theme as well.

SG Optimizer should also be disabled during testing - I would assume it's some sort of a caching issue.

Let me know 🙂

Hi Leo - I disabled all of the plugins and checked to see if the logo would appear and it still does not.
I uploaded a replica file named something entirely different (https://www.apccolabs.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/apcco-logo-3.png)

but when I right click "open image in a new tab" the URL shows this:

https://www.apccolabs.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/new-final-logo.png

I've tried purging cache, nothing is working. I've never experienced the customizer panel not working, like this.

UPDATE: I had to create a duplicate file named new-final-logo.png and upload it to that folder in file manager and then it is now showing, however, it is not the file called apcco-logo-3.png that is currently in the customizer panel, which is strange.

Hi Cynthia,

That's strange indeed. Have you tried rebuilding permalinks? To do so, go to Settings > Permalinks, and just hit save.
