Customizer appears broken

Hi just creating a new site symposium.outdoorhealthcare.org.au on multisite network. I have done this on other sites on the same network with same suite of plugins and this issue has never come up before. When you look at the site you will see that at least all the layout style set in customizer below the header are not working. I have tried changing themes to 2016 and this fixes the issue, so it does appear to be a GP issue? Any ideas would be ace. Thanks!
Hi there,
with the Content Container set to Full Width you need to divide your page up using the GB Container Block - as i can see some parts of your home page is. You need to use them for all parts of the page - even if you DO NOT require the full width background color.
