Kevin
The problem I am having is that the Customize area I cannot edit for some reason, it only shows Widget and when I click the “>” it doesn’t do anything, plus all of the other editings are not there as well. When you get some free time to go in and check this out or maybe even fix the problem, it will be greatly appreciated.I sent Tom an email to log in to this website to his email address.
Thanks, Kevin – IAmUnkTheCEO

ThanksNovember 27, 2017 at 4:10 am #435478Kevin
I tried the debugging options and none of that works, even tried the changing the theme, still have an issue with the Customize Area and seeing a white page as well. I don’t understand any of this or how some of it works, so if you can get in touch with Tom Usborne and get the log in details and fix the problem it would be greatly appreciated.

StaffCustomer SupportIf it happens to other themes as well then it’s not a GP problem which means you will have to try to fix it first.
Maybe give this a shot: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/increasing-php-memory-limit/
If not might be worth contacting your server/host.

Support leave me an email address so I can send you an Admin login information to be able to see I’m seeing on this website, I have tried everything you ask and still having problems. I even took out the Generate Press Theme and added a new, and everything worked with it in the customize area. But install Generate Press, and it went back to what it was doing from the beginning, so it’s got to be something with Generate Press.
That’s all I need is the email address to send the login details to you so you guys can find what the problem is. All my other websites are using the same theme, but not having any problems whatsoever.Regards,

StaffCustomer SupportYou can send it through Account Issues here: https://generatepress.com/contact/
Just double check, you’ve disabled all non-GP plugins already? That’s likely the first step I’ll try.

I tried to add the link you asked me to put in, but it didn’t work so I sent it to this email address, hopefully, you can get and go in and work on that…..otherwise I have to figure out something else or a different theme that works. Check the email at this address: <support@generatepress.com>

StaffCustomer SupportI logged in and deactivated all non-GP plugins (as I suggested in my first reply) and the customizer was working –
which means that it is indeed a plugin conflict.I then re-activated all the plugins again as I don’t feel comfortable making changes to your site like this.
Can you try #1 in this article here properly again? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/
You should be able to find which one is causing the problem and let me know if it’s necessary.
Thanks!
