Customize typography to increase paragraph text size across all pages

Hi all,
Paragraph text is not a dropdown option when adding custom typography. I tried using "body" as the target element, but it doesn't work to increase the paragraph text font size. Is using the "custom" item the only option? If yes, what's the best way to target only the paragraph text, so I can increase the font size across all pages on my site.
Hi there,
by default, the paragraph will inherit its styles from the body - so if that is not the case then it means some other styles are 'getting in the way' - if you can share a link to a page where I can see the issue and I can take a look see what's going on.
