I want the same title area as attached in the screenshot. This means the same background, title area, author name, last updated date, and border area. How to do it?

You can do this with a dynamic page hero: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-page-hero/
If that's a background image, you'd just need to upload it as one. If not, you'll likely need to custom coding in order to implement it.
