Customize Single Post Layout Enable/Disable Date & Author Informations

Hi everyone,
Customize -> Layout -> Blog -> Content -> Single
Uncheck ” Display post date ” and ” Display post author ” doesn’t work. Single post pages still display date and author information under the Title.

Hi there,
Go to the Appearance > Elements edit the Header Element you have assigned for your posts then remove the {{post_date}} and {{post_author}} template tags.
