Customize search form

Dear GP support team,

I've added this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-search-lite/ in order to add a "live" search form on the homepage of my website.

I would like to have the same effect also on the default search form, the one in the menu bar. Is it possible with GeneratePress?

Hi Leo, sorry for the confusion.

If you check my website you can notice a search bar in the middle of the homepage, when you start typing anything in the search bar it will show some suggestions of articles and pages.

I'd like to have the same kind of search engine also for the default Wordpress search form in the menu bar.

Please let me know if is not clear.

currently that is not possible with the Navigation Search.

Unfortunately its not that simple
The GP Navigation search would need rewriting for it to perform Ajax Search.
