Customize menu dispear after installing Premium Plugins

Hi,
After installing the premium plugin pack the customize doesn't show anymore. Can you please let me know if that is something you can help with?
Is it just a white page?

Is there a quick way to make the menu stick on top while scrolling down the pages ?
