customize language in pre-built page volume

Hi There,
I hope you are well. I need your support with the pre-build page volume. How can I translate the text blocks like "Written by: " or "Published on" into German?

Hi there,
the Volume sites uses a Block Element - Content Template:

you will find them in Appearance > Elements, or when viewing a page, the Admin Bar > Elements menu will provide links to any Element active on that page.
For Volume there are two Elements that need editing:
Post Archive Template
- First Post Template
If you edit them and select the Headline Block containing the post meta then you can edit its Before Text from the Dynamic options in the toolbar - see screen shot:
