Hi,
How do i create a homepage with separate posts and tabs like cloudliving.com and how do i disable the header and leave the navigation like https://www.cloudliving.com/tracking-business-income-expenses/ and add bread crumbs

1. Tabs will require a plugin or custom CSS solution. Something like this might help:

There should be lots of results if you Google CSS tabs as well.
Then you will need Tom's WP Show Posts to display posts however you want: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-posts/
2. The header/navigation style can be achieved like this: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-logo/#navigation-as-header
3. Breadcrumbs require a plugin as well. Try Yoast SEO.
