Customize color add-on not working

Hi Tom,
Love your work! This is the 2nd purchase of the add-ons for another website I'm working on. The Customize color add-on is not working on any of the selections. Screen capture of issue What can we do to fix this?

Looks like you may have a javascript error in one of your plugins.

Can you try deactivating all non-GP plugins and see if the issue resolves? If it does, activate them one by one until it breaks again - this will tell you the problem plugin.

Hi Tom,

Thank you so much for the quick response and great support! You were right, it was a conflict with the Spider Event Calendar plugin I purchased last night...bummer! I need a descent calendar plugin. If it's a choice between that plugin and Generate Press, GP wins.

Hmm, I wonder what the error was.

Are you using Firefox? If so, install Firebug: http://getfirebug.com/

Open Firebug in Firefox, and go to your Customizer with both plugins activated - there should be an error that shows up in the "Console" tab in Firebug.

What's the error say? :)
