    I have 2 questions.

Where do I address (email) if I want to submit a question directly to you and not to the forum regarding the use and configuration of GP Premium?

Related to the above, after installing GP Premium, if i try to customize the blog, I only see a few options, not as shown in your demo video that includes masonry. I only see Grilla option.
On top of that, I am telling that I do not want to see the featured image once I open the entry or post but it doesn’t work out.

    Thank you

    Hi there,

Any reason why you need to do that? We would like to keep all questions on here as much as possible so it can help other users. We now have a user website field which is only visible to admins as well so nobody can see your site other than us.

If you need to send login and password of your site you can use Account Issue here: https://generatepress.com/contact/

Not sure what Grilla option is? Did you activate the add-ons? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/#activate-your-add-ons

To remove featured image on single post, try Customizer > Layout > Page Header > Single Post Header Location > Hide.

    Sorry, but I can’t find that :
Can you send and screenshoot. I would send you one from my side if I could, but not attachments are allowed here

To remove featured image on single post, try Customizer > Layout > Page Header > Single Post Header Location > Hide.

I am afraid that one of the problems I mentioned in my first mail is that I do not have Customizer > Layout > Page Header in post

    The options I have are:
    Customizer > Layout > Content
    Customizer > Layout > Columns
    Customizer > Layout > Grilla
Customizer > Layout > Featured Image

and that’s why I told you that it seems that all features of Gp Premium have been installed properly as per what I have seen in demos

    Regards

You can upload screenshots to a site like this: https://postimages.org/ and provide the direct links here.

Your site content is currently all from Elementor so maybe you are looking at Elementor’s customizer?

You can access GP’s customizer like this: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/finding-the-customizer/

My site is base on GPPremium and I also use Elementor, but the theme, your theme, is the one that rules the web.
Ok. I see you can not help me..

    I’m trying to 🙂

The customizer you described doesn’t sound like GP which is why I asked for a screenshot: https://postimages.org/

Elementor is a page builder which means it strips all of GP’s style if you are using it.

Did you try accessing the customizer like I suggested?

    Dear Leo,

It is suppososed that GP allows the following options in the pro-version-:
Apartado específico para el blog, donde podrás personalizarlo a tu gusto

    Page header imagen:
    Page header content:
    Page header logo:
    Blog content:
    Columnas:
    Masonry:
    Featured Image

In the image attaches, you will see I only have
    Blog content
    Columns
    Grilla
    Featured Image

    https://postimg.org/image/4mpkitox1/

My question is Where are the other options ? What’s wrong?

Hope we understand each other now !

    Thank you

Those options have been moved to Dashboard > Page Headers: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-header-overview/

And you can set blog page headers in global locations: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-header-global-locations/
