Customize - Blinking screen

Hi Tom,

I'm having a little issue with the "Customizing" screen, it blinks.

The other issue is that when I try to change the height of my sub menu (in layout/primary navigation/sub-menu-item-height), it will not save and publish the changes.

All other changes seem to work fine, even through the blinking screen, except for this one.

Any ideas why and what I can do to fix it?

Thanks for your help, I solved my problem by doing step 1..so it was an issue with one of the plug ins.
