Hello,
I just checked and I'm fine
- GeneratePress version: 3.2.4
- GP Premium version: 2.2.1
I put a child theme that I downloaded from your site on the page https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-child-theme/
Since when I click on "Customize" I have the empty left column as well as the central part.
Even after deleting the child theme I still have the same problem.
Thanks
Hi there,
is the issue only in the Customizer ?
Hi @David,
Yes only in the Customizer.
Thanks
IF you:
1. open the customizer
2. right click > inspect the page to open the browser developers tools.
3. in the developers tools open the Console tab.
Do you see any errors there ?
I have only 1 message : JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.3.2
load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,regenerator-runtime,wp-polyfill,w…
No errors
No warnings
thank you for your help
Can you try it opening the customizer in a Private/Incognito browser?
I got this message: This has been disabled (not connect)
When i am always connecting the white column and the white right part. Only the name of the site is present.
Just to confirm, the issue does not occur with the parent theme activated?
If so any chance you can provide the dashboard access for us to take a look?

Before installing the child theme everything worked now, even removing the child theme I can't customize the theme.

To which address do I send you the login credentials?

Ok so let's take a step further, can you activate a Twenty series WP theme to test if the issue still occurs?
I just realized a funny thing.
When I have the parent theme activated I can see the customizer of the child theme as long as the latter is not activated.
Ditto with the child theme, I can see the customize theme parent as long as it is not activated.
(google translate)
Sorry I'm confused about that statement - probably due to Google translate.
Can you answer this question again - does the issue occur when the parent theme is activated?

Yes

Twenty Twenty-One is the same
Twenty Twenty-One is the same
That means it's not a theme issue. Can you try checking with your hosting support?
OK,
Weird I can see customize of themes as long as they are not activated.
