    Hello,

    I’m currently using the Vinyasa site theme, the customize page was working fine until today. When clicked it’s not loading and just goes white (check the screenshot https://prnt.sc/u884sd). I’ve deactivated all the additional plugins and made sure the generate press is latest and security is disabled but still no luck. We have been adding lot of content lately as well but we don’t see this being affected in the rest of the website.

    Any advice on this?

    I too am not being able to load the Customize.
    I have GP Premium and GenerateBlocks as well as bbPress, am using the Catalyst theme and have about twenty pages with half of them having content with about a dozen images. There’s a lot more to come!
    I am working on DeskTopServer and took the memory briefly up to 512M to see if that would affect things. No change. My production server will only go to 128M but that has been set and the behavior – no access to Customize – is the same on both systems.

    Very strange. I’m sorry but I hadn’t tried this morning but it did not work on my last try yesterday. Perhaps I didn’t cycle the wp-config yesterday?

    Since my note to you I have been working locally, stripping down an instance beyond my needs to try to get Customize to work. I finally had some success when I deactivated all of the GenerateBlocks. I then started reactivating them and have come to what’s shown here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AutMI3Mq5EhqlEu_yRqzUzbHnNTC?e=ErIm2c. Typography seems particularly large.

    I’ll sort out what I can get away without a bit later.
