Customization options not available

When I try to customize the theme I don't find any option that allows me to do it. Only the widgets section appears. I have already increased the memory of the wp-config but it does not solve it. I can neither change the web logo nor do anything. I use the latest version of WP and PHP, the installation is fresh, from scratch and I do not have any other plugins installed.

Can you check in Tools > Site Health if there's any issue?

The health status is good, it only indicates that the optional imagick module needs to be installed and that it should remove inactive themes and plugins.

Hi there,

can you temporarily disable ALL plugins except for GP Premium, then try to access this Customizer.
If there are still no options, whilst in the Customizer, Right Click -> Inspect the page, this will open the Browser Developers tools, check the Console tab for any errors.

Hello, I am not using any other plugin except that one, since the website is under construction. When inspecting receive this error:

What happens if you disable GP Premium and switch the theme temporarily to one of the Twenty Something themes ?

If I do that, sometimes, with some themes it works.

I am using the theme as if it were a free one when I paid for it. I feel I have been scammed.

The issue isn't theme related, if it were then which you switched to ANY other theme, the issue would go away. If the issue persists with a Twenty Something theme then it means there is another issue.

As you have no other plugins installed we can dismiss that as a problem.

Do you have any caching or optimizations on your server ?

Sorry we cannot do that for you.

Please consider starting a staging site if this is a live site with traffic - we have not received other reports on this so it can take a little more debugging.
