Customization of GeneratePress Buttons

Hey, y'all. Apologies if this has been answered, but I can't seem to find it via search.

I've been working on customizing a GeneratePress Pro site (https://samuela46.sg-host.com/) and am struggling with customizing the buttons. I know I can knock out some CSS pretty quickly to customize the buttons precisely as I want. Before I do that, I'd like to know first if there's a built-in way with GeneratePress/WooCommerce to customize the default button style.

I've added color customizations under Appearance > Customize > Colors > Buttons and Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Buttons, but none of the buttons seem to be correctly pulling those styles. I've tried it with both the GeneratePress Buttons and the standard Buttons block... both outline and solid. I don't see anywhere to set site-wide default customization to these.

Am I missing it? Or am I just stuck writing the custom CSS?

Hello there,

May you point us to a sample button wherein the change isn’t taking effect, and can you take a screen shot of how it looks like from your end?

Moreover, have you tried clearing cache?

It's the link I provided above, but I've also attached a screenshot here. I typically disable caching when working on the site, but I've also made sure it's cleared fully.

Under the "Thank you for attending..." line, there's the GeneratePress button row (where it says "Button" is the button). The line under that is the standard button blocks (learn more and get updates). The solid button on the right seems to be correctly pulling the colors. However, the GeneratePress buttons and the outline button don't have any customization options. I also don't see anywhere to change the button style from this default "pill."

So, confirming that there's no option to customize default sitewide button styles or colors in GeneratePress then? Frustrating. Seems like a pretty huge oversight for a premium theme.

The button setting in the customizer is only for the default WP buttons, any button that is added by a 3rd party plugin will have its own style, and it's very difficult for the theme to override it.
