[Support request] Customiser is slow

Hi

I bought GP last week. The customiser in the free version was very fast, but in the premium it takes more than 5 sec to load all plugins. Is there something I can do about that?

Hi there,

The more options, the longer is will take to load. However, 5 seconds sounds little excessive.

Try deactivating your other plugins one by one to see if there’s a considerable difference with one of them deactivated.

Also, deactivate any add-ons you’re not using (Background Images for example).
