Customise Settings Not Updating

I customised my theme to use a masonry layout. However, it is now stuck on the inital settings I chose, which are not the ones I want to use. I have tried disabling and re-enabling, and clearing my cache, but no luck. Currently it is disabled in 'Customise' but my live blog is displaying as masonry

When you click the Save button, does it save? Or does nothing happen?

Hi,

No, nothing happens when I save, just keeps reverting to old setting (it says it's saved correct ones, but website itself is stuck on old ones).

Will try increasing memory...

It sorted itself in the end - think I had just made too many changes to quickly! But if it happens again will know to try increasing memory, thanks.
