Hi, I'm using GP Premium and when I click 'Customise' I just get a blank screen. I've tried disabling all plugins, disabling all plugins except GP Premium, and increasing the memory limit. It was working last week. I'm running WP 4.9.6.

Hi there,

can you confirm the memory limit (128meg+ is recommended) and what PHP version you are running (this should be 7.#).
Try clearing all caches.
If that fails, go into the Customiser and use your Browser Tools to inspect the page, look for the console tab > errors and let us know if there are any.

Hi, thanks for your response

Memory limit is 768M, PHP is 7.1.18.

Console errors are (I've anonymised my domain name):

[Error] Multiple 'X-Frame-Options' headers with conflicting values ('ALLOW-FROM https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/customize.php, SAMEORIGIN') encountered when loading 'https://mydomain.com/making-a-film/equipment-for-low-budget-filmmaking/choosing-a-system-camera/?customize_changeset_uuid=d6e6c518-e365-46aa-959a-52673c99eaf6&customize_theme=generatepress&customize_messenger_channel=preview-0'. Falling back to 'DENY'.
[Error] Refused to display 'https://mydomain.com/making-a-film/equipment-for-low-budget-filmmaking/choosing-a-system-camera/?customize_changeset_uuid=d6e6c518-e365-46aa-959a-52673c99eaf6&customize_theme=generatepress&customize_messenger_channel=preview-0' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'ALLOW-FROM https://learnaboutfilm.com/wp-admin/customize.php, SAMEORIGIN'.

That looks like the problem. Can you report those console errors to your hosting company? They should be able to make the necessary adjustments.

Thanks, they're trying to sort it out now.

FYI Siteground say it's an issue with Sucuri. Waiting for a response from them.
